Kenya Airways Partners with Miss World Kenya, ahead of competition in India

In a noteworthy collaboration, Kenya Airways has joined forces with Miss World Kenya, extending its full sponsorship to cover the return air tickets for the highly anticipated Miss World pageant set to take place in Mumbai. The airline's Chief Commercial and Customer Officer, Julius Thairu, along with Corporate Brand and Partnerships Manager, Winnie Onyach, and the entire KQ team, have expressed their enthusiasm for supporting Miss World Kenya on this international stage.

The announcement was made at the Kenya Airways offices, where Miss World Kenya, Chantou Kwamboka, and Terry Mungai, EBS, the Kenya Franchise Director, gratefully received their sponsored tickets. The Miss World festival is scheduled to unfold from February 18th to March 9th, 2024, across stunning venues, including the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The event will see 120 contestants from various countries engaging in diverse competitions and charitable initiatives, embodying the role of ambassadors for positive change. The grand finale of the 71st Miss World will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, promising a dazzling and memorable conclusion to this global spectacle.
