Recently, we saw how some guests at Akothee's wedding failed to adhere to the dress code, which was specifically stated as "Elegant (best with a touch of gold) (no white)."
As we all know, dress codes are set by hosts to create a particular ambiance or atmosphere for their events. When guests ignore the dress code, it can create an unpleasant experience for everyone in attendance. In Akothee's case, the dress code was set to ensure a cohesive and glamorous white-themed wedding, and guests who disregarded it disrupted the desired atmosphere.
